SVP, Digital & Social Media

Description:

 Reporting to the CEO, the SVP, Digital & Social Media is a digital native who excels at delivering integrated digital and social media campaigns. S/He is driven to see clients’ businesses and brands thrive. As a member of the agency’s executive team, the SVP, Digital & Social Media leads the team managing paid search, paid social, content marketing, SEO, and Amazon advertising to develop unique and strategic approaches to clients’ business challenges. 

 The successful candidate will have experience developing, implementing, and managing ROI-driven marketing campaigns that exceed client’s objectives and goals.

Primary Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand-building strategies & platform-specific tactics to achieve attributable business goals
  • Expert-level knowledge of online media platforms (search, social, streaming) including research & audience segmentation, strategy and implementation, and ongoing campaign optimizations
  • Strong grasp of marketing analytics, and using data to tell a story that produces strategic insights and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production, reporting and performance measurements
  • Assist in the creation of client-facing reports and proactively identify opportunities to optimize campaigns & client relationships
  • Support account management team in cultivating strong collaboration with clients to understand business objectives better
  • Keep up to date with the evolving digital space and relevant cultural events that impact campaign strategy and performance
  • Effectively merchandise success, and cultivate successful partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Demonstrate strong customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, and/or related field of study
  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in the digital marketing/online media space

Additional Skills to Highlight:

  • Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint Certification
  • Google Analytics & Bing Ads Certifications a plus
  • HubSpot Certification
  • Automotive experience (Tier 2 or Tier 3) 
  • Programmatic Display, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and using industry-standard tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, TapClicks, MOZ, etc.)

Digital Marketing Director

Description:

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Digital & Social Media, the Digital Marketing Manager is a digital native who excels at executing integrated digital and social media campaigns. S/He is driven to see clients’ businesses and brands thrive. As a member of the Digital Media team, the Digital Marketing Manager collaborates with paid search, paid social, content marketing & SEO team members to develop unique and strategic approaches to clients’ business challenges.

The successful candidate will have experience developing, implementing, and managing ROI-driven marketing campaigns that exceed client’s objectives and goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help develop, coordinate, execute and optimize performance-based digital marketing programs to deliver on our client’s KPIs and business goals
  • Work independently on all aspects of Google Ads and Amazon Advertising, including research, strategy and implementation, and ongoing keyword & budget optimizations for assigned campaigns
  • Manage Google Ads, including ads & extensions, keyword lists, budget & targeting
  • Setup & maintain data integrations that track, verify & quantify conversion data
  • Work with Google Analytics data to tell a story that provides strategic recommendations and actionable insights for clients
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize reporting and performance measurements
  • Own and execute ongoing campaign-level optimizations using platform-owned and third-party media management platforms (e.g., bid management systems, etc.)
  • Assist in the creation of weekly and ad-hoc client reports and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns by diving into analytics and trends
  • Support the account management team in cultivating strong relationships with clients to better understand campaign objectives
  • Keep up to date with the evolving digital space and relevant cultural events that may have an impact on campaign strategy and performance
  • Effectively merchandise success, and cultivate successful partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, and/or related field of study
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the digital marketing/online media space
  • Proven experience in Paid Search/PPC/SEM and assisting in large-scale, multi-channel campaigns strongly preferred
  • Experience with Google Ads & Amazons Advertising, including search, display, video, Google Local Store Visite & Google Shopping
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center, Tag Manager, and Google My Business
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Demonstrate strong customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Superlative time management and attention to detail – especially under pressure
  • Understanding of the digital marketing industry and campaign success metrics

Additional Skills to Highlight:

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Google Analytics and Bing Ads Certifications are a plus
  • Automotive experience (Tier 2 or Tier 3) is highly desired
  • Programmatic Display, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and using industry-standard tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, MOZ, etc.)
