Ed heads a team of digital natives that relentlessly cut through the noise to produce big, brand-building strategies that move our clients’ business forward.

Glenn is our media director with a demonstrated expertise in developing multi-million dollar integrated media strategies with TV, Radio, Digital, and Print campaigns.
VP Client Services
Karen directs client services across the agency, combining her marketing, media, and sales experience to deliver work that grows our clients' profit.
VP Creative Director
Jeff is our Creative Director and copywriter with extensive experience in B2B, technology, healthcare, and financial services as well as consumer goods and services.
Deb brings experience in the digital, print and graphic design field. Constructing impactful solutions for clients, she wields expertise in all facets of design.
Chief Financial Officer
Peter oversees all financial aspects of the company and Mittcom's sister company, CBLLC. This includes all day-to-day operations as well as overall financial planning.
Director of Automotive
Chris manages the day-to-day with Mittcom's many auto clients, ensures all creative output meets strict compliance standards and works to continuously optimize internal agency processes.
Jonathan manages video production. His unique blend of creative talent, production versatility, and business smarts allow us to offer our clients high-quality videos.
Manager, Digital Operations
Gabby manages the day to day aspects of Mittcom's digital team, along with managing internal processes and workflow.
Senior Manager, Digital Marketing
Andrew strategizes, implements and documents on paid marketing campaigns in Google with a clear-cut sense to the necessary demands of the client.
Content Marketing Manager
Emily curates valuable and relevant content that attracts, engages, retains, and increases our clients' customer base.
Videographer / Video Editor
Jack brings talent behind the camera and the edit. As a cinematographer, editor, and motion graphics artist, he helps Mittcom meet our clients’ video needs.
Meaghan is responsible for the trafficking of agency projects. She oversees both traditional and digital media tasks from execution to completion.
Digital Marketing Coordinator
Joe works on the Digital Marketing Team to assist with paid social media and search engine campaigns. He interprets data and brings insights that amplify the client’s digital presence.
David assists our CFO with accounts payable and billing for both Mittcom and our sister company, CBLLC.
Social Media Manager
Molly manages promoted social media campaigns that are designed to cultivate brand awareness, foster engagement, and develop successful conversion paths for clients in B2C and B2B verticals.
Alexa brings a fresh eye, a passion for good design and a wide range of skills to the party every day, which is evident in projects for both digital and traditional media.
